This gives me the advantage of understanding exactly what your accountant needs to receive at the end of the year, keeping their fees to you as low as possible, and I understand their language in case of any queries.

I pride myself in offering a personal service where I get to know your business well and you know your bookkeeping is being completed by a qualified and experienced bookkeeper. Having originally used Sage desktop software, Stafford Bookkeeping is now a 100% QuickBooks Online practice. This allows me to know the software in depth and keep up with the constant updates, ensuring my processes are as efficient as possible.

Technology is now playing a big part in bookkeeping, improving the bookkeeping process for both the bookkeeper and client. I use Receipt Bank to provide clients with an easy and efficient system of submitting paperwork to me as they receive it throughout the month, eliminating the often time consuming burden of gathering all your paperwork together at the end of a month. There are hundreds of Apps which will feed into QBO. If you have a particular requirement, I will research for a suitable App to improve efficiencies.

Your initial quote will be a fixed fee based on the average number of monthly transactions and services required. This will be reviewed on a quarterly basis and if requirements have changed you will be notified of a new monthly fee going forward. Additional charges will only ever be made where an Additional Work Order has been signed.
